Introduction
The Level 3 Diploma in Introduction to Management provides learners with a solid grounding in the fundamental principles of management and leadership. Designed for individuals preparing to step into supervisory or junior management roles, this program covers key topics such as organizational structure, effective communication, team leadership, and decision-making. This program helps learners develop the critical thinking and problem-solving skills needed to manage people and processes effectively. It also serves as a valuable stepping stone toward advanced management qualifications or career advancement in a variety of industries.
Upon graduation, learners will earn:

Program Structure
Mandatory Modules
1. Managing Business Operations (IM301): 10 UK Credits/ 5 ECTS Credits.
- Understand the key functions and structures of businesses and how they impact operations.
- Learn tools and techniques to implement operational control and achieve organizational excellence.
2. An Introduction to Finance (IM302): 10 UK Credits/ 5 ECTS Credits.
- Understand financial recording, reporting, and the preparation of financial statements.
- Learn accounting techniques, budgetary control, and how to interpret financial information.
3. Working in Teams (IM303): 10 UK Credits/ 5 ECTS Credits.
- Understand the qualities of effective teams and the roles of team leaders.
- Learn principles of delegation and the benefits of teamwork within an organization.
4. An Introduction to Leadership Skills (IM304): 10 UK Credits/ 5 ECTS Credits.
- Explore leadership roles, theories, and skills for inspiring and managing change effectively.
- Understand the attributes of successful leaders and evaluate their leadership styles.
5. Organisational Culture (IM305): 10 UK Credits/ 5 ECTS Credits.
- Understand theories of organizational culture and how they influence business performance.
- Learn the impact of cultural values on leadership styles, productivity, and ethical behavior.
6. Workplace Welfare (IM306): 10 UK Credits/ 5 ECTS Credits.
- Understand workplace welfare concepts, including health and safety responsibilities.
- Learn strategies for reducing work-related stress and creating a supportive work environment.
Assignments
- Complete 6 written assignments (2,000–3,000 words each) based on the module titles.

Professional Certification
During the completion of learning modules, UKeU automated online learning system allows students to take competency assessments to obtain an e-Professional Certificate, which is integrated into the system as an optional feature. Students can request a hard copy if needed. The Professional Certificate provides a detailed record of the competencies the student has achieved.

Entry Requirements
Admission Requirements for Level 3 Foundation Program:
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
- Education: Completion of full secondary education is required.
- English Language Proficiency:
- Applicants must demonstrate English language skills equivalent to:
- IELTS: Overall score of 5.5, with Reading and Writing at 5.5.
- CEFR: Level B2.
- Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic): Score of 51.

The program is designed based on a self-study model with automated learning processes, following the STEP framework:
