The Program in Detail
Introduction
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management programequips professionals with the skills to lead people strategies, drive organizational performance, and manage talent effectively. Combining core business knowledge with HR expertise, the program prepares graduates for leadership roles in HR and people management across industries.
The Master Top-up phase with the University of Gloucestershire is implemented online by LEB through a collaboration agreement with the University of Gloucestershire. Learners will study directly with instructors from LEB, and this will be approved by the University of Gloucestershire.
Upon graduation, learners will earn:
- Master of Business Administration (Masters Stage) awarded from University of Gloucestershire;
- Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management from OTHM, recognized by Ofqual (UK.Gov).
Program Structure
The program consists of 6 modules and a Master’s Capstone Project, totaling 180 UK/90 ECTS Credits, lasting a minimum of 1.5 years.
First stage – Mandatory modules from Level 7 Ofqual UK.Gov Awarding Body
- Contemporary Human Resource Management (20 UK/10 ECTS Credits)
- Leading, Managing, and HR Development (20 UK/10 ECTS Credits)
- Resourcing, Talent Management, and Development (20 UK/10 ECTS Credits)
- Performance Management (20 UK/10 ECTS Credits)
- Employee Relations (20 UK/10 ECTS Credits)
- Investigating a Business Issue from an HR Perspective (20 UK/10 ECTS Credits)
After each module, learners will take an ending exam. The end-of-module exams are application-oriented essays to help learners review knowledge, apply knowledge in the workplace, and improve the practical environment.
Second stage – Master's Capstone Project with University of Gloucestershire:
The Master Top-up phase with the University of Gloucestershire is implemented online by LEB through a collaboration agreement with the University of Gloucestershire. Learners will study directly with instructors from LEB, and this will be approved by the University of Gloucestershire.

- Investigating a Business Issue from an HR Perspective 2: Apply research findings to develop evidence-based solutions and strategic HR recommendations.
- Resourcing, Talent Management and Development 1: Understand the principles of talent acquisition and workforce planning in competitive markets.
- Resourcing, Talent Management and Development 2: Focus on employee development strategies, including learning interventions and career management.

- Performance Management 1: Analyze key concepts in performance planning and appraisal to enhance individual and team performance.

Entry Requirements
In addition to the entry requirements, candidates applying to the program are also assessed for their suitability by the admissions committee before joining the program to ensure that they can acquire and benefit from the program.
Entry requirements:
To enroll this program, learners must possess one of the criteria below:
- A Bachelor’s qualification in Majors from accredited universities;
- Or a Level 6 EQF diploma or equivalent. Level 6 Diploma must be from organizations that are authorized to issue qualifications and have been accredited.
English requirements:
If a learner is not from a predominantly English-speaking country, proof of English language proficiency must be provided.
- Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level B2 or equivalent;
- Or A minimum TOEFL score of 101 or IELTS 5.5; Reading and Writing must be at 5.5 or;
- Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) 51.
